„Femmes“ (Raphaela Gromes) – CD mit Werken von Komponistinnen

Beim Aufräumen habe ich diese CD wiedergefunden, die ich mir irgendwann im letzten Jahr bestellt habe, nachdem ich die Cellistin Raphaela Gromes im Fernsehen erlebt habe. Einerseits natürlich, weil ich ihre Darbietung toll fand und andererseits, weil mir die Idee gefallen hat, Komponistinnen zu suchen und Stücke von ihnen einzuspielen. Nun bin ich keine Musikexpertin, aber es scheint ja wohl so zu sein, wie ich den Rezensionen entnommen habe, dass auch Kenner:innen der Musikgeschichte erstaunt waren, wen die Musikerin gefunden hat.

Ehrlich, habt ihr gewusst, dass Hildegard von Bingen auch komponiert hat? Seitdem ich sie wiedergefunden habe, läuft die CD jedenfalls bei mir zu Hause – das passt ja, weil ich gerade über eine Unternehmerin aus dem 19. Jahrhundert schreibe, die auch kaum jemand kennt. Was sich hoffentlich ändern wird, wenn meine Romanbiografie 2026 erscheint. Bis dahin empfehle ich euch die Musik dieser Komponistinnen, von denen ihr einzelne Werke, arrangiert für Cello und Klavier, Streicher oder Orchester auf der CD findet.
